1. Right of withdrawal and return of defective goods
You have the right to return the goods received only in the event of a defect within 7 days of receipt. There is no general right of withdrawal. To register a return in the event of a defect, please contact our customer service and provide a detailed description of the defect. After reviewing your request, you will receive a return confirmation from us.

2. Return and refund
If the goods are found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded using the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
